After acquiring her family business, UTV Canada, in 2019, she led a significant turnaround that massively grew both top and bottom lines in the business, culminating in a successful private equity sale in 2023. Today, Stacy works with owners and leadership teams across Canada to strengthen alignment, accountability, and execution. Having sat in the owner’s seat herself, she brings a practical understanding of growth, succession, leadership challenges, and the work required to build a stronger, more transferable business.
