VUE Valuation Platform
How our VUE Valuation Platform works.
Depending on the package you invest in, VUE provides a defensible business valuation, a Sellability Score, industry benchmarking, and a prioritized roadmap for value acceleration.
The full completed VUE Valuation Report will be sent to you roughly 2 business days from your intake completion.
The system will walk you through a thoughtful and guided survey of roughly sixty structured questions. You’ll also need to upload 3 years of financials into the system. Typically, it takes around 45 minutes to complete.
Our VUE Insights and VUE Monitor Valuations are defensible. They’re report includes the benchmark NAICS comparable transactions used, the assumptions made, and an algorithmic sensitivity on every input. Our VUE Snapshot does not include the benchmarking data and is primarily used for quicker value assessments.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold or shared, and you can delete it at any time.

Our VALUE System is designed to provide similar structures, prioritization, accountability. Our advisory adds a focus on the levers that move and improve business valuation, reduce risks, and help prepare you for a sale or transition.
Most engagements run on a particular rhythm: 2 days for annual planning, monthly 2 hour check-ins, and quarterly full day sessions.
Yes. Many of our clients are selling or transitioning a business for the first time, and the process is built to guide you through it.
We’ll spend a bit of time ensuring that your selected Advisor is right for you, your needs and goals. Generally our Advisory schedule would allow us to start within 2-3 weeks of contract approval.
Depending on our engagement length, you leave with a clear and increased valuation, a prioritized action plan and structure, and the documentation on accomplished improvements, systems and processes that a buyer or partner expects to see.
