Mike Bacchus

Mike Bacchus is the Chief Executive Officer of Humanis Advisory Group, a talent acquisition and advisory firm helping organizations hire, develop, and lead with confidence. With more than 25 years of executive experience, Mike has led professional-services organizations through growth, acquisition, integration, and transition.

Before joining Humanis, Mike served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Durum Capital and held C-Suite leadership roles with Gallagher, Optimum Talent, Conroy Ross Partners, and the David Aplin Group. His transaction experience includes leading and integrating over 20+ acquisitions, while creating enterprise value and liquidity opportunities for shareholders and partners.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science, an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Management, an MBA, and is a Certified Executive Coach. His governance experience includes serving as Chair of the NorQuest College Board of Governors, a Trustee of the University Hospital Foundation, and an Americas Director with IIC Partners. Named a 2026 Prairies finalist for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, Mike brings VentureOut expertise in leadership, governance, succession, culture, and value creation.
