Paul Verhesen

Paul Verhesen is a seasoned business leader, engineer, investor, and strategic advisor with more than three decades of experience in the construction industry. He currently serves as a Partner at Seer Developments and as a Strategic Advisor to KV Capital’s private equity team, supporting its expansion into building-products investments. Previously, Paul was President and CEO of Clark Builders, a leading commercial, industrial, and institutional contractor operating throughout Western and Northern Canada.

A graduate of the University of Alberta in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Construction Engineering, Paul brings a practical understanding of operations, project delivery, strategic growth, and organizational leadership. He has served on numerous corporate, advisory, and community boards, including the NAIT Board of Governors, the University Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees, and Edmonton Global. He is also involved in investments spanning real estate, private lending, technology, and venture capital.
