Lisa Feehan

Lisa Feehan is an executive leader, strategist, and advisor with more than 18 years of experience helping businesses grow, evolve, and build stronger foundations for the future. With a background spanning strategy, marketing, sales, operations, and organizational leadership, she works with owners and leadership teams to clarify direction, strengthen positioning, improve execution, and create more scalable systems. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University, with a focus on values-based leadership, organizational change, systems thinking, and corporate social innovation, as well as a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication Design from the University of Alberta. She has helped grow an entrepreneurial agency from a two-person studio into a multidisciplinary firm, led sales and marketing for a homebuilder with a focus on strategic brand and end-to-end client experience, and supported organizations through periods of growth, transition, and repositioning. Her practical, values-based approach helps leaders connect strategy with action, align their teams, and build businesses that are stronger, more resilient, and more valuable over time.
